The night sky

Its been a very clear night and there seems to be a lot of planets that are visible to the naked eye. Its like the planets are aligning up in the sky I have this link, If someone can provide more information about the alignment or other links feel free.

The current baktun of the Mayan calendar will end on 21st December 2012.

1 baktun = 394.3 Years.

The sky does look very beautiful these nights.

Venus and Jupiter are exceptionally bright right now in Northern California, but I am having a hell of a time finding Mars with the naked eye lately.

Its a shame, we were looking though a network that showed us where the planets were in the sky and where the stars were. It cost my man less than a pound to install it on his phone. Its going to be a strange alignment that has never been seen before on earth in recorded history.

I am not really an Astronomer/Astrologer. Just happy to admire the night sky with my naked layman eyes.
