Whats your opinion to it?
What are the advantages and what would be the disadvantages?
What system would be most effective in the distribution of marijuana?

It would free up law enforcement but it would lead to an increase in lung cancer.

It should be done in the USA and in Canada.
Advantages: -Billions of dollars saved from the War on drugs.
-Diminution of criminality
-Legality of a harmless drug
Disadvantages: I don't know.
