Its much up to each individual to what path he chooses. If he does bad hopefully he would learn from his mistakes and if he choose to do good then he would be rewarded in all sorts of ways

Given the right circumstances, a growth-facilitating environment, people's reactions can be trusted to be positive, forward moving, creatively in purpose, rational, and trustworthy. We do not need to ask who will hang out with him/her, for one of his own deepest needs is for affiliation and communication with others.

I would probably say that human nature is neither good nor evil. It depends however on your definition of "human nature" and "good" or "evil".
Human nature is part reason part (animal) instinct. Pure reason is at least in principle neutral and without affinities towards anyone or anything in particular. If being good is being just, then the reasonable part of human nature could pass as good, though being just could also be equated with simply being neutral.
The instinctive (or animal) part of human nature is OTOH strictly consequential, it can lead to good or bad consequences but it's strictly self-serving in either case. A murderer can kill because of self-interest but he can also be a loving father due to the same self-interest.
The fact that both of these aspects of our nature operate in us simultaneously, complicates matters and makes it harder for us to grasp the motives why people act the way they do.

Good things: Things that contrubute to order of life. feeding birds so helping them live.
Bad things: Things that destroy life, spoiling birds, so they die.
Human in essence want to contrubute life. But when he fear, when he has inferior complexity, he destroy. These mental disorders, are what he gain from his environment. Not from his nature.
Trust them, but dont trust evil in their hearth.
