Lutheran Christianity with influences from Stoicism, Aristotelianism, Platonism, Cynicism, and Greek Orthodoxy. Not a true established "philosophy", but it works for me. I know that Aristotelianism and Platonism contradict each other on many points, but I only draw upon certain parts of those philosophies that do not contradict each other.

Empiricism and skepticism for Epistemology.
The 8-fold buddhist path with a tendency towards utilitarianism for Ethics.
The 14 Unanswerable questions for Metaphysics.
Same as Rosi. For me, buddhism is a philosophy, just like utilitarianism is.
