I should add - When interpreting "hate speech" it passes the realms of reasoning and enters into becoming an emotional response, and really who wants to have their words judge based on the mood of another person?

Hateful speeches are a tool for one thing; spreading hate of disaffected minds. No one or group should have to tolerate attacks upon themselves, but, allowing freedom of speech is a foundation of our political ideals.

Censoring is a dangerous viper to attempt to control & train.
