| Could be, but, they are not the power base of U.S. economic and political powers that be, the Irish, Italian, German and English descent are the ones who are occupying the upper social stratification, only few of the Afro and Hispanic Americans belongs to the elite. Those who are able to make good of themselves, will be pro conservatism, because they belong to the people with good life in the status quo. So, if ever that happens, it shall have insignificant impact over the way the whole system is administered by the Federal Government.

Back in the good old days drugs were prescribed for addicts on the NHS, so they could get on with their useful lives. Alas, the capitalist newspapers found it a good thing to rant about, so we're in our current mess. Long live crime and thuggery! Long live capitalism!
