Impossible to say. The German Empire most likely would not have lasted long, structural flawed, the war tipped the power into the Military hands which were incredible bunglers at diplomacy and managing peoples. There first response to dissent would have been blood soaked bungling.

German, Austrian, Russian, turkish empires were facing a set of forces which were likely to rip them apart WW1 or not it was not likely to pretty.

Lol Obviously not , it would have lead to Nazism without them to have to make a war to win it all .

German expansionism would have been different. Like with Berlin-Baghdad railway complete and with Ottoman empire intact, Germany would have controlled world oil supply. They would have had different tools for exerting influence than only brute force.

Very easy to say but its a completely flawed thinking.

OK yes Germany is happy with the result of the war but what about France, Britain, Russia and Italy ?

Depending on how and when Germany wins they are liable to be left disgruntled and 'damaged' --- why would Germany not impose a settlement every bit as bad ,if not worse, than Versailles?

As it is victorious France tottered on the brink of civil war between the wars.

The newly victorious Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian Empire are still beset by internal difficulties and weakness will they still break up? will it be peaceful?

The assumption that 'alternative' history paths will always be better than what actually happen is foolish, it could be the case but equally it could be much the same or even worse.

Well for starter how is Germany ever going to get the British Empire to hand over these places and its Navy?

What evidence at all do you have that militaristic Germany would somehow not use 'brute force' and be more benign ?

and the British Empire would have just let them? that could have easily been a cause for a second world war

And the USA would be quite happy to see such a change in the balance of power?
