I'd send a plague of green fireballs just for the hell of it!

Edward J. Ruppelt, director of the USAF Project Blue Book UFO study, stated he visited the Los Alamos National Laboratory in early 1952 and spoke to various scientists and technicians there, all of whom had experienced green fireball sightings. None of them believed they had a conventional explanation, such as a new natural phenomenon, secret government project, or psychologically enlarged meteors. Instead, the scientists speculated that they were extraterrestrial probes "projected into our atmosphere from a 'spaceship' hovering several hundred miles above the earth." Ruppelt commented, "Two years ago I would have been amazed to hear a group of reputable scientists make such a startling statement. Now, however, I took it as a matter of course. I'd heard the same type of statement many times before from equally qualified groups."[11]

The following month, another letter from the Directorate of Intelligence to the Research Division of the Directorate of Research and Development again stated that the report should not be publicly released, since no real solution had been provided:
"It is believed that a release of the information to the public in its present condition would cause undue speculation and give rise to unwarranted fears among the populace such as occurred in previous releases on unidentified flying objects. This results from releases when there has been no real solution."https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_fireballs

...

Commander Isis looked at her First Officer Osiris ...

"They think I'm a Goddess!"

Osiris commented "well, you're very beautiful!".

The Commander replied

"Ok, but is my beauty enough to make be a Goddess for them???"

- "No, sir, it's about our technology. They interpret it as a divine action, or at least something magical".

Isis commented ... "so I'm not that super beautiful!"

Why the earth? The best theory from one of the lesser known UFO cults is that the Alien's home planet no longer exists. Whether it is global warming, a nuclear war, their sun going nova, or the planet going up like Krypton in the Superman series - the aliens might have looked at the local neighborhood and found the planet Earth perfect - they would not have to terra-form a lifeless moon or planet but use the earth as their new place of exile and with human slave labor, the aliens could live like kings... or in that case Pharaohs.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But of course, I would also have to lodge my skepticism about aliens visiting the earth whether the past or now. My two arguments is distance and the laws of physics.

In the late 1970's Voyager left the planet Earth, in about 40,000 years, it will pass within 1.6 light-years of the star Gliese 445, which is at present in the constellation Camelopardalis. That is how big space is in distance.

Now for the laws of physics. You cannot rewrite the laws of physics. Before you say light-speed, hyperspace, space-folding, warp drive, or some other flight of science fiction - according to the current laws of physics you would have to blow up a star (supernova) in order to have enough power to travel between two star systems. Then one must ask if a civilization has the power to blow up stars - first contact between aliens and humans would not be Cortes among the Indians, it would be more like Cortez's boot stepping onto that of an ant (the human race being that of the ant).

Of course there is an out without breaking the laws of physics and distance: Mars.

The native Martians discovered their planet was dying. They abandoned Mars or sent out a failed Roanoke colony. As for their own civilization, the Martian civilization no longer exists on Mars other than some weird piles of rocks.

That's all true, and frustrating. I can only suggest that we might not understand exactly how and where these things come from; they appear to be magic; defying our current understanding of the universe. It appears to be some kind of technology. Some UFO people have invoked the idea of a "breakaway civilization" to explain some of those problems, but I don't buy it. I suspect that governments don't know either, and that's part of the secrecy.

I can say of the handful of pictures that when seen together that it's hard to go back, and the few people I have shown them to notice what they are and how they go together, and are surprised. Most are photographs, but there is the rock art below and one other medium. Hate to be cryptic crank, but I don't feel that it would be wise to do so. But, I can say that

1. it appears that the same or similar crafts are appearing at different times and places.
2. The crafts must be some kind of living nanometallic machines.
3. They appear to be able to generate humanoid shapes.
4. I don't think the smaller crafts are traveling far, but instead to another fairly close place, perhaps a larger cloaked craft or a type of base.
5. They are able to generate appendages and probes (by budding them off) and tools to interact with the environment.
6. They are able to repair their craft with some kind of nanotechnology.
7. The technology might be forever beyond our caoabilities.
8. Some crafts consist of more than one part, for missions (this is a serious hint).
9. All of the images are online.

If anyone figures it out, email me and I'll give $100 to the first person.

I'm giving one hint:

It is a piece that would be made clear with the others. No more hints, ever.

Let me add that it has the be the right ones (two craft, same technology!) You will notice a number of others that are the same, too

It is FAR more obvious than the similarity of lights (related to propulsion I think) and flexible asymmetric nature of their structures (the disc seen as an ellipse is irregular)

Art historians will tell you fit into the iconography as "hats" .Sure, but they could also have been conflated with the phenomenon, too
