I totally agree - I miss the multicultural, multiethnic, multireligious II Polish Republic.

So a pity it is - and I've redirected your complaint to Hitler and Stalin.

We'd be multicultural, multiethnic and multireligious still if the Third Reich hadn't exterminated all our Jewish minority and USSR hadn't helped itself to half of our territory.

As for "religious totalitarianism", let me be the judge of that - I've had my share of communist totalitarianism to compare.

Whit some atomic bombs in their power and from air..whit a big army on land..etc it was possible to kill Stalin eradicate communism, free some occupaid countries based on ethnic grounds keep peace some years and let Russia by a democratic country and go away after some years
