Are the Germans military able to run over Europe again? I mean without the rest getting help from Russia or the USA or anyone else.

Hello,
No. It would never able to conquer France for obvious reasons, as a starter.

I don't think so, France and the UK would be a big problem for them.

And France has the advantage of a nuclear arsenal.

No one wants to nuke the next door neighbor. In any case, the US and Russia would without a doubt get involved. The stakes are too high otherwise. The only question is, who would Russia support?

Germany already has conquered the E.U again economically. They are the powerhouse due to smart economic policies, and will use that to gain dominance in E.U policy and fiscal matter's. But they have a very limited military which is mostly geared for defense, and counter terrorism or m.p action's, not for a mechanised offense or invasion force, nor is there or will be the political will to do that in Germany now or anytime soon.

in the last years nearly 50% of the recruits had to be send home, because they were ineligible. so I have my doubt. But with me as chief of the general staff (which we do not have today)...... | | |

In a military sense, no don't think so and at very least re-armament would have to take place and that is of course a double edged sword.
UK and France would need to be in alliance (sound familiar?).
But I can not see it happening, the will to fight each other has long gone, not to mention the economic cost.
(I should point out here that the statement above could easily have ben made in the early 1900's and certainly during the 1920's)
