Indeed. We live in a meritocracy - race, colour and religion are increasingly meaningless concepts, though they are used by the small-minded to divide society in an arbitrary manner. If we want to look to the future then it's time to abandon the anachronisms of our forebears.

I would wonder if in the meanwhile some "superior" alien race will find our planet. In case of genetic compatibility the interbreeding could generate well more exotic mixtures ...

There is only ONE race....the HUMAN race. Any attempt to subsidize and cateogorize people into different subgroups of ethnicity is most likely deviated from ethnocentrism and ignorance...no matter how "some" people in this forum like to believe otherwise....But a massive shift in the global balance of power DOES seem to be occurring in this century...
