What will Happen if Napoleon Bonaparte won the battle of Waterloo?

He'd still have to fight both the Russians and Austrians with a decimated exhausted army.

More men will die but his defeat is inevatable.

If Napoleon would have crushed the Prussians and British at Waterloo, he probably would have to beat both armies again to annhialate them or force them to either retreat or sue for peace. Afterwards he would have to wait a few months again before the Russian and Austrian would have been mobilized and marched on France. During this period he may very likely have either sued peace with Austria and Prussia and otherwise have been able to build up his army even more. So all in all his changes of remaining in Europe would have been pretty high.

I think a scenario similar to 1814 would have resulted. The Russio-Austrian armies would have pressed him to go on the defensive and the Anglo-Prussians would have regrouped and advanced later on.

For me a better question is what would have happened had Napoleon won at Leipzig.

If Napoleon defeated British and Prussian forces at Waterloo, I think both sides would do peace. Every country got exhausted because of having wars for years. Napoleon would stay as French Emperor and French-British rivalry would continue for decades. Pax Britannica would not happen until Britain defeats France.
