After seeing a lot of unfairness on the Zulu vs threads I decided to make one which I believe is more "fair". Who do you believe would win? Obviously Vercingetorix has the technology advantage but Shaka has the better skil.

Why exactly do you think Shaka had more skill? That being said, Gauls are where Romans got most of their weapons tech from. Mail shirts and plywood shields would render most of the Zulu's weapons useless. In fact, Zulu were only good in melee, because the European settlers and soldiers they faced were utterly unprepared for such a way of fighting. Gallic warriors would be well accustomed to both "guerrilla" warfare and hand to hand combat.

Anyway, Vercingetorix has sheer weight of numbers on his side, along with cavalry too. And some of his men are armored, which is more than can be said about the Zulus.
