Which nation would survive best without technology?

So lets say that all the technology in the world disappeared and the humans had to start all over again.

Which nation would survive the best?

Which nation would become the new superpower based on population/ natural resources etc etc?

All material and technology, all that is left is our human bodies and the nature.

I think the question means if all physical technology disappeared. The groups that know how to make the technology they use directly would fare the best, IMO.

Mechanics who work on cars probably do not know how to make the tools they use, etc.

Modern societies are extremely specialized, and maybe too specialized to smoothly start over from scratch.

As speculative scenarios go, if the same initial conditions are to be replicated, an essentially analogous ulterior evolution is just to be expected.

Going by Sylla's comment, Mesopotamia, Nile Valley, Yellow River and Indus Valley probably.
