I was always wondering why would have happened if Nazi Germany would honored their non-aggression pact with the Soviet Union. What if Germany would have just concentrated on Britain and France?

All the time, the USSR was getting stronger

The USSR invades Germany in 1947 after a couple of years of tensions. It pushes through what was once Poland, but the invasion stalls a hundred kilometres east of Berlin. British and Vichy French troops join in the battle on the German side, helping to hold the line. Churchill makes his famous rousing speeches about the Evil Communist Octopus engulfing Europe.
In 1949, the United Kingdom drops its first A-Bomb on Minsk...

The USSR continues with its massive rearmament program, which ultimately renders any chance of a major German attack impossible. Yet Hitler grows uneasy about a potential threat to his eastern flank, and over time is forced to divert forces away from his fight with Britain(and presuming America as well) to guard against a potential Soviet preemptive strike. Britain(and America) still try to court Stalin's favor in having him join the Allies, which further makes Hitler uneasy. Depending on how well the Allies are doing, Stalin may consider joining them. If Stalin chooses to join in the fight, it might be around late 1942 or 1943. DDay may not happen til later in 1944 or 1945. The first atomic bombs are dropped on Germany, and Hitler is eventually defeated around late 1946 or 1947.
In other words, Hitler gets a few extra years but the Eastern Front is primarily a defensive war on the part of the Germans.
