I've always been partial to the US uniforms in South Vietamese Camo. Never really did like the new stuff, but if it keeps our guys safe, it's fine by me. I never liked the flashy uniforms of the Napoleonic period honestly, giagantic hats is somthing one would expect to see in some sort of English comedy like "Our You Being Served", not a wazone. Although often Iwonder if there is a differance : )

the flashy uniforms were made to scare the enemy army, and raise morale of your own, and indefitication (british were red, us was blue, russians were green, etc)

I fully agree!

The whole modern US and western forces around the world has adopted the WWII German military style uniform. The reason is because its the most flashiest war uniform and the best design uniform.

And all those period war uniforms, they are clown uniforms. My god, they are ugly too.

Koncerz/palash straight longsword, used with the cavalry sabre for charging after lances broke.
Sabre used for close quarter melee. Some carried war hammers.
Polish Husarki my personal favorites all the way.
