Most competent general of the Ming and Qing Dyansty

Who could be considered the best general of these two Dynasties?

that's an extremely wide ranging period, but if one have to choose, probably YongLe emperor and Nurhaci . both were brilliant cavalry commanders and also had a very good sense of the greater strategic picture.
