Finding WW2 vets

I have a couple of capured Japanese flags signed by WW2 vets of the Pacific War and would welcome any tips of where best to lookup these veterans that are still alive.

e-mail VFW HQ and ask them if they can help you find the owners.

Be warned the flags may be better off in a museum or in your collection.
