Very good list! I miss one, and only one battle: the Siege of Ostend, I would replace the Battle of Sluys with that.
My list, being a TYW fan, is predicatble like this:
1. Battle of Nordlingen
2. Battle of Lutzen
3. Battle of Rocroi
4. Battle of Breintenfeld
5. Four Day's Battle
The naval battles I like the most are the ones of Navigation's Acts among Dutch and British. The ships and commanders of this era are my favourites, I usually side with the Dutch.

Battle of Domyoji(part of the Osaka campaign): a battle fought in a mist of fog near the tombs of ancient Emperors
The list of brave warriors that took part in the battle(Sanada Yukimura,Goto Mototsugu and Date Masamune) add even more appeal to one of the last engagement of the Samurai era.
Breitenfeld: the battle that showed the superiority of the Swedish model over the "classic" Imperial army and also Gustavus Adolphus' masterpiece.
Battle of Rocroi: this engagement sealed the end of the Spanish military domination that started during the Italian Wars, despite the stubborness and the discipline of the tercios.
The Duc d'Enghien obtained a deciside victory by successfully using artillery and cavarly against the superior Spanish infantry
Seneffe: the last great battle of the Duc d'Enghien(my favourite military commander of the century) and the bloodiest of the Franco-Dutch War
Siege of Vienna:undoubtedly one of the most epic battles of history, with more than 20000 Polish and German cavarlymen charging the Ottoman lines and turning the tide of the siege. It was also the first engagement of the famous Eugene of Savoy.

Of the ones not in the poll, I would also have to add the Summer and Winter Osaka campaigns, notable for many things, one of which is the sheer number of people who took part.

Breitenfield
Lutzen
Four Days Battle
The other two battles I'd nominate aren't on the list.
Killiecrankie (1689) - the forces of William of Orange get a severe kicking from a bunch of random highlanders.
Boyne (1690) - this battle still affects present-day Ireland.
