I read about that in Milton's Paradise Lost. That was a fine piece of narrative poetry. With respect, though, I don't believe there's any evidence of its historicity.

I have to offer in the war on terror. One side, A-Queda, wants to destroy the western world in an Islamic Jihad, usually by killing innocents, while the other, the Coalition, wants to prevent more innocent people being killed

Not black and white - still a matter of perspective. Any war is going to look black and white if you firmly install yourself in a particular perspective.

I say the Napoleonic Wars. Clearly the French were spending way too much time and energy attempting to build an empire when they should have been working to ensure the world supply of cheese and fine wines. Thank goodness the British, Russians, Prussians, Austrians, Spanish and Swedes took care of that for us.
