Mexicans are not south american, nor are Panamenians, Costa Ricans, Nicaraguans, Hondurans, Guatemalans, etc.

Joe Medicine Crow.

Completed all four tasks (Touching an enemy without killing him, stealing an enemy horse, leading a successful war party and disarming an enemy) required to be the tribal leader of the Crow tribe, during army service in WWI.

Call me biased, but i do have a preference for Quanah Parker. Not specifically for anything notable that he did on the battle field, but for his intense pride and what he was able too accomplish after the Quahada tribe made peace with the government.
