We already looked at this and I must now admit that I have cracked the code, I am just waiting for delivery of the equipment required to didg up all of those gold sovereigns.

Could be a report from a combat correspondent to his news agency...

Or it could be a message from one of de Gaulle's spies. Maybe even a soviet layered key report on allied progress.
