Imitation Generals


What Generals do we know in history that tried to imitate a specific figure?

We have all heard about how Julius Ceasar was supposed to have wept at the tomb of Alexander the Great. What other historical Generals aimed to be as another historical figure, that they admired?

Many in this country would agree with Mr. Manchester... I don't.
