Battles fought between 3 or more parties

Do you know of any battles (not wars or large-scale campaigns) throughout history that were fought between 3 (or more) opposing armies simultaneously?

You mean, in which each party opposes all other parties, forming no alliance during the battle at all??

I think that's what he means: a free for all battle. My mind thinks of the Chinese Civil War, but if I recall correctly the KMT and Mao put aside their differences to focus on the Japanese.

Yes. A free-for-all battle between more than 2 parties.

During Algerian war French operations were performed in area's during interns fought between 2 independantists movements (FLN and MNA) which fought also French in the same time.
But can we consider guerilla warfare as a real classical battle including three différents sides?

The Russian civil war.

In addition to the Tsarists and the Bolsheviks, we had the anarchists, the Green Army, the Cossack hosts and so many separatists I can't even begin to list them.

Russian Civil War was indeed insane with the number of competing elements at play. In addition to all those cited, don't forget about the Allies intervening as well.

The Lebanese Civil War (1975-1990) was another conflict that drew in Syria, the PLO, Israel, then the USA and created Hezbollah through Iran's influence. Very chaotic there. And what's currently embroiling in Syria could beat even that - Hezbollah again, the USA again, Israel at times, Russia, Turkey, a huge range of separatist groups, etc.

Wouldn't the now war in Syria be like this? With the government army, the rebels and ISIS all going crazy at one another.

The only battle that comes to mind is Brunanburh. But it doesn't count as it was Aethelstan against Constantine of Scotland, Olaf of Dublin and Owen of Strathclyde.

Interesting battle though.
