I haven't seen that one! Looks like Dorothy from Oz, but I don't recognize her companions.

I have on my wall some war bonds from the Confederate States of America and some from Czarist Russia..... nice wall decorations, and in nice frames actually.

I guess it could just be anti-war propaganda. Is there a specific fallacy contained in it, besides satire.
