Who will be the last general of Middle Eastern Antiquity to be put in Historum's Top 100 Generals List?

I feel weird not having a Seleucid in the top 100, but it's hard to argue with Shapur II. So many victories against Romans, Arabs, Armenians, Kushano-Sasanians, Chionites, and possibly Kidarites.
