Unfortunately, we had an issue with validity of the last tiebreaker's existence, which is entirely my bad as the creator of the project. My apologies to any participants of the last tiebreaker annoyed by this redundancy. But, with that being said...
Who will be the last general of Middle Eastern Antiquity to be put in Historum's Top 100 Generals List?

I feel weird not having a Seleucid in the top 100, but it's hard to argue with Shapur II. So many victories against Romans, Arabs, Armenians, Kushano-Sasanians, Chionites, and possibly Kidarites.
