Also, the reason that western Iraq would join this state is because it is under British rule while Syria is under French rule.

Mosul would be a part of this state, but Kurdistan wouldn't.

Relatively few of them. Jews only made up 11% of Palestine's total population in 1922.

They could use the extra space, though.
Eastern/Western depends on which direction your looking at it. The Iraqi's generally refer to it as the western desert.
Indeed it was but geography makes it problematic.
Depends on the regional politics, assuming everyone else remains uninvolved then maybe Greater Jordan triumphs (if it rules all this it needs a better name).
What about Kirkuk?

You can decide about Kirkuk. However, if there is going to only be a narrow connection between the Shia-majority and Kurdish-majority territories of Iraq, then both of these territories are likely to go their own way and to become separate independent states in this scenario.
