What is the bride's occupation?
None given. Most women in those days cared for the children and household. Before marriage they likely helped with the harvest, seasonally. When they came to the U.S., some young women would work before marriage. Young Polish women in the U.S. were less likely to work, although one of my great aunts worked at the (Armstrong) Cork factory and the other worked at the Heinz factory. Best ketchup in the world.
