Never happen, Germany had become the main threat to the European balance and Britain had no reason to ally with them.
The Germans would come up with some strategy to defeat Russia and france, weather it be real or imagined. No wars have a guarantee of success. You think Frederick the great had a fool proof strategy to win the seven years war?
Time was on Russia's side, no?

What is your basis for that statement?
History, Germany was more developed than France and Russia, at the time it was the leader in scientific development. Germany had a larger population than France and a more skilled military. They had a culture for military achievement and a culture that appreciated it. Russia was too underdeveloped and slow to adopt modern technology/strategy. Look at ww2 in the normal timeline, Germany was more skilled and had a greater industry. It took Stalin's terrible force to drag Russia into modernizing, without him Russia would be less advanced (but more populous).

If their ruled by a Russian puppet, not by much. If they are a semi-independent state that can create their own laws, then as free as can be expected from an eastern European monarchy (like the Balkan states or Austria-Hungary).
They'd be very friendly with Russia but try avoiding looking like they're too subservient to Russia for fear of triggering a revolution among the Poles.
