SU 76 and Stug III are good assault guns, good candidates for infantry support.
SU 152 was a monster
The StuG III had less armor than a Sherman, no turret, no Coax machine gun, no hull machine gun. It was more suited to longer range fire support, as self propelled direct fire artillery (its original role), or as a divisional organic self propelled self propelled antitank vehicle, since few standard infantry divisions ever saw panzer support ever, or panzerjaegar support much.

Tiger I, no question.
When it was first fielded, when it was used for actual infantry support, yes. But it was most often used to lead armored attacks, the Tigers would take point, able to soak up fire better and more firepower than say a Panzer III 5.0cm.

But often, especially because issues with tactical and operational mobility, they are held back in reserve, waiting for forward elements to report of a large number of enemy tanks, either in defense or attacking, at which point a Tiger platoon or company would be shifted to that sector.

Rarely were they used as strict infantry support, there just werent enough. And it was against panzer division doctrine for armor to only support infantry, even the infantry inside a panzer grenadier unit were often secondary to armor.
