Could the French of won in India during the Seven Years War and if the French win in India how could they of won. For example whether it would be through the Battle of Plassey, Battle of Wandiwash, and/or not call Joseph Francois Dupleix back to France?

At least it would have had to become a prestige project of the French monarchy, meaning it would dispense huge amounts of money and resources on it (which it didn't). Whether that would have been enough no one can know.

Didn' t ultimate success in any colonial venture ultimately depend sea power?
Yes, and La Royale, the French monarchy navy was precisely the kind of prestige project it went for, no expense spared, which meant the French navy in the period could actually give the British RN about as good as it got. The RN wasn't quite the untouchable beast it later became by the time of the Napoleonic wars.

D'Asch and Pocock fought several indecisive engagements.
Suffren duked it out with Hughes in the next go-round (1782), again without decisive result. The nature of pre-Nelsonian naval warfare?

Until the early 1750s it appeared the French would push the British out of southern India, Robert Clive's defence of Arcot was probably a major turning point as Britain then began to gain local support on a larger scale as the French had previously enjoyed

As was the case in Canada, it was about "gloire" rather than about mercantile advantage. Neither of these colonial adventures would have amounted to much for France. France was a continental power with formidable continental enemies. La Royale was a bauble compared to the necessity of the army. France probably wanted to compete with Britain only because of the prestige factor that you mention, and the more successful French colonial efforts of the following century were much, much closer to France.
