Countries that were artificial creations at the time of their establishment

What African countries are the exceptions in regards to this? I mean, I could think of Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Ethiopia, maybe Eritrea, Somalia, Rwanda, Burundi, Madagascar, and Liberia, but which other African countries are exceptions in regards to this?
Just look at a map of Africa. Any country that has a straight border is an artificial creation.

Aren't Macedonians breakaway Bulgarians.
Mostly yes. However, as far as the 19th century, there were expressions of a separate Macedonian identity. For example in 1871 P. R. Slaveykov wrote the following:
"We have many times heard from the Macedonists that they are not Bulgarians but Macedonians, descendants of the Ancient Macedonians, and we have always waited to hear some proofs of this, but we have never heard them. The Macedonists have never shown us the bases of their attitude. They insist on their Macedonian origin, which they cannot prove in any satisfactory way."
So, even back then some people considered Macedonians a separate ethnicity, but they are basically Bulgarians.

I want to add one more thing: we must not discount the effects of the Bulgarization mainly done by the Bulgarian Exarchate. Many people who were not ethnically Bulgarian became Bulgarian due to Bulgarization.

For example:
"Village population, although Serb in origin, mostly supported the Exarchate because a Bulgarian bishop is more acceptable than a Greek bishop of the Ecumenical Patriarchate to which they used to belong. And so the village population around Skopje became Bulgarian. Same goes for the ETHNICALLY SERB Tetovo." (Karl Oestreich „Makedonien“ Geographische Zeitschrift, Vol.X, No.1, 1904, pg. 198-199)
"A significant portion of the village population, although they CONSIDERED THEMSELVES SERBS, jumped at the first opportunity to have Slavic priests and so they declared themselves as Bulgarians" (Karl Oestreich, Die Bevölkerung von Makedonien, Geographische Zeitschrift, Vol XI, No. 1, 1905. pg. 291).

It is interesting to note that Serb villagers around Skopje were willing to not only work with the Bulgarians but also accept Bulgarian identity while Serbs around Kumanovo absolutely hated the Bulgarians and preferred the Ottomans to continue ruling them.
