What are the flawed tactics used by KMT the reason the Chinese Communists were not all eliminated and what are the right tactics that should be done instead?

Not all. Nearly impossible to totally destroy an ideology. But they could have hurt the movement for decades, and who knows what China would have been like united under someone who wasn't a mass murdering communist.
