What if French King Henry IV was assassinated in either 1593 or 1594?

For the record, the new French King would be Henry II, Prince of Conde--who was a young child in the early 1590s:

Henri, Prince of Condé (1588–1646) - Wikipedia

Conde was the grand-nephew of King Henry IV.

Anyway, what kind of King would Conde have been? He would have a reign of over half a century if he'll live as long as he did in real life. Thus, what would he have done during his extremely long reign?
