Who in your opinion would be classed as the finest general of the middle east could it have been Khalid ibn al Walid or Saladin?

The third and fourth gentlemen on the poll are not particularly well-known in regards to their tactics I have to vote for ibn al-Walid.

I voted for Cyrus, he led Persia to the peak of it's power and also won some outstanding military victories.

is it possible to add new options to the poll, if so who would you recommend I add?
Nader Shah.

With the present choices though, I would have to probably go with Cyrus, who I slightly prefer over Walid, as the former just seemed a bit more complete to me, as though I know a decent amount about the tactics of Walid (which were extremely impressive), I know little about him strategically.

I voted for ibn al-Walid, but Cyrus would not be 'second' by very much at all.

And Nader Shah would make a great addition, along with Babur.

He certainly possessed a similar degree of military skill, but calling him Middle eastern would be pushing it a slight bit I think. That would be like calling Tamerlane or Genghis Khan Middle Eastern, when all three were clearly Central Asian. If they were middle Eastern though, they would all certainly be on this list.
