Where was the Elefant? I didn't know any even survived the war
The Americans have one, they loaned it to Bovington for a year for the Tiger exhibition. Lineup was JagdTiger, Koenigstiger (both turret types), Elefant, Tiger 131 and the gun from a Brumbar plus a virtual view of it.

The Russians have one at Kubinka.

The American vehicle is gutted, basically an empty hull. I'm not sure if its still on display at Bovington or gone back yet but its been given a respray and spruce up.

It is.

The Germans designed the Panzer 3 and 4 as parrallel projects, the Panzer 3 is the anti-tank model, the Panzer 4 is the infantry support model.

That meant there was a commonality of at least some parts and the commanders cupola was one of them, which meant they had spare stock that could be fitted to captured vehicles,
