If the French monarchy is restored in 1873 and France loses a war to Germany, does the French monarchy survive?

If the French monarchy would have been restored in 1873 (which was very possible if Henri, Count of Chambord would have died ten years earlier) and France would have proceeded to lose a major war to Germany at some point in time afterwards (for instance, by having France lose an alt-WWI or by having France be occupied in an alt-WWII, with the French monarch collaborating with the Germans), would the French monarchy survive afterwards? Or would the French monarchy be abolished and replaced with a republic in such a scenario?
