Can someone recommend a good book(s) on the Stalingrad campaign?

Anthony Beevor's Stalingrad covers the basics pretty well. If you need in depth, you can't go wrong with David Glantz's Stalingrad trilogy.
Thanks. I've got a couple of Beevor's books and I like his style and scholarship.

There is an abridged version of the Glantz trilogy as well in one volume: Stalingrad by David M. Glantz

My understanding is that for historical accuracy, Glantz beats Beevor. Glantz specialises in the Eastern front and he is fluent in Russian, so has been able to directly use also Soviet and Russian sources.
