The Japanese bombing the United States was one of the worse ideas in history.

The one the USA is involved in now was a dumb idea as well. But this is what one gets when they put a c average guy in the White House.

when you say c average guy in the whitehouse, are you referring to his grade point average at Yale? If so, I would hate to see the gpa of some of our earlier Presidents who were only voted in because of their ability to fight a war ... Washington, Jackson, Grant ...

The extreme irony of all of this is, that those Presidents voted in because of their ability to fight a war, thereafter did everything they could to prevent their country getting involved in international wars. Once you see what war can do, you are less likely to use your own military as plaything.

Isn't it safe to say that something like 80% of the Presidents have been in a war or involved with a war beofre they were elected?
