I don't understand your joy. The Soviet Union is dead, that's why you have to work much more than in 1991 to be able to pay bills. The more capitalists win the worse you live - is that reason to be happy?
I never had to work harder after 1991 because of soviet nonsense. Do you really think that ANYTHING that happened in the old Soviet Union had any effect at all on my quality of life? Hilarious. Russia is not that important.

"Socialism can only be an equal society where there is no state." i.e socialism is a pink elephant, a purely imaginary creature.
Depend how you define state as the vast majority of humanity's existence we lived in stateless societies. Nor does socialism mean a stateless society nor do many socialists want a stateless society

I've given up trying to follow all these fantasies, as soon as people take power with the intention of trying to work toward the realization of a socialist state so defined, it results in oppression and bloodshed; and when one points to that obvious fact, they respond that that is not socialism but only a transitional stage on the way to it. The essential fact is that the supposed end-point is really no more than a fantasy.

Agreed in reality a hallmark of socialist principles is strong central government - The opposite of this is the anarchist movement which ultimately ended up as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Technology improved a lot after 1991 but he is frozen in time.

I do wish that the majority would understand that a socialist state is an oxymoron.

Socialism is about equality. This precludes hierarchy and the state is hierarchy writ large. Socialism can only be an equal society where there is no state.

Capitalism is wholly different in form and structure. Capitalism needs a state to guarantee private property rights. To compare socialism and capitalism using the same criteria is to indulge in a nonsense.

Capitalism does things one way. Socialism does things another way. Both ideas have their own unique values but they are mutually exclusive.

Social democracy on the other hand seeks to mitigate the worst effects of capitalism by commonly setting acceptable social and economic standards. This is not socialism as the economy by and large remains capitalist. Even nationalised industries under social democratic states have to conform to capitalist management styles.

Anyone can call themselves a capitalist or a socialist but these are just labels. What they mean is what they do and for some strange but inevitable reason neither does what they say.
Isn't it curious that people in socialist countries risk everything, including death to come to capitalist countries (particularly my country)? That speaks volumes.
We have to build walls to halt the masses from flooding into the United States and overwhelming us. Socialist countries, run by communists, have to build walls or shoot to kill their people to prevent them from leaving!

You missed the part where I said socialist/communist countries build walls to keep their people in and we build walls to keep people out (not socialist country's people).
