I watched this yesterday evening.
Besides having the most impressive title in the history of cinema, I was quite pleasantly surprised by this movie (when there's an actor with the name "Affleck" in it, I automatically expect the worst :) ).
I don't know a lot about Jesse James, but this movie felt quite realistic to me
What do my fellow Historumites think of this movie?

I own this movie and love it....Besides loving history, I'm a huge Brad Pitt fan so it was a perfect match for me.

It's a couple of years since I saw it, but I thought it was good. Somewhat unusual for a Western in that it didn't have a lot of gunplay. I liked the connection it made between our modern age obsession with fame and calebrity, and the mind-set of Ford.

If you don't know much about Jesse James a good book would be T. J. Stiles Jesse James: Last Rebel of the Civil War.
