Westphalia's wikipedia page says large numbers of them fought in Russia and it mentions they unsuccessfully charged the Raevski Redoubt which was captured somepoint afterwards. It also mentions after the Russians conquered Westphalia, Jerome recaptured Cassell several days later and were besieged by an HRE elector(one of the common ones created near the end of the HRE), a few weeks later the Battle of Nations happened and the kingdom was dissolved. Having trouble finding specifics but Westphalia had 2 million people at the time which besides Bavaria and Bohemia was the largest population of any German Kingdom including Austria(just the Archduchy, Austrian Empire had a population of over 20 million) and Brandenburg(Prussia controlled about 10 million people). Their population was greater than Swedens during Gustavus's Adolphus reign, they certainly could have afforded to contribute a great deal though the number itself is uncertain. Can't find anything on the Peninsular Wars.
