What is Stalin's back up plan if Moscow was captured by the Germans?

If Moscow wasn't actually captured, but was besieged, cutting all lines from Moscow except one line remaining as a dead end supply line, would that have crippled Soviet logistics all the same and made holding out based on Kuybyshev nonviable?
Nah. The Soviet leadership would've been able to hold out in Kuybyshev, even if the Germans had captured Moscow. The main question is whether or not Stalin is captured, and what effect that has on the morale of the Soviet war effort.

Stalin has already knew (on long term strategical level) that he will won the war against Hitler , after he realized that the Japan wages war against the USA instead of Soviet Union.
