Whats with all the racism geared twords African history?

in that manner the modern state of japan is also only some fifty sixty years old, come on man be real, lets not derail this topic which is about africa

regards
The modern states of the middle east exist for roughly the same period of time, some more, some less. China is slightly older than Japan if we look at it that way. However the middle eastern countries are not only equally old but also the Nordics are older and I would say that they have ''better'' (What does this mean? What is ''good'' by your criteria?) histories than the middle east.

Japan has existed as a single unified (albeit sometimes only nominally) political entity since 660BC, although the conquest of the home islands was not completed until the 12th century.

What changed in 1867 was the system of government, A new state was not founded. It is analogous to France becoming a republic after the reign of Napoleon III.

He's referring to the systems of government it looks like. He also looks at Japan as it started to exist, with its new constitution after WWII.

A minor point, this way we should count France after 1958 as France that exists today.

But how much of the stories of the first Emperors actually is true and how much is myth? Is there any evidence that the Imperial Family goes back to 660 BC?
