Which colonies other than British India, Palestine, Ireland, and Algeria could have realistically gotten partitioned at the time of decolonization?

Quite surprising, despite this, it failed to stop discontent among Catholics and their want for independence.
Irish Home Rule was passed in 1914 but it got delayed by WWI and by the end of WWI tensions were so high that the Irish refused to settle for anything other than total independence.

That war had to do with Ifni, though. How did France help Spain in Ceuta and Melilla?
The Ifni war lead to negotiations between Spain and Morocco, in which Morocco eventually gained some Spanish territory. By then the climate had changed and Morocco realized diplomacy was the way to go to gain territory, especially since Spain had joined NATO, making military options impractical. Spain was able to keep Ceuta and Melilla because they had ruled them for hundreds of years and had a historic claim to them, unlike Algeria or Libya. So by France helping in the Ifni war, it gave enough time to Spain to join NATO and make Morocco realize that pushing for the historic regions of Spain would result in military conflict with NATO.

And a Fascist Italy can't join NATO?

A Fascist Italy wouldn't be especially welcome in NATO, comparable to Spain. However it is possible, being similar to Portugal (possibly). Even if they were allowed to join it would probably be conditional on any held cities in Libya not being considered part of Italy in the event of an outside attack. France may offer some aid but I doubt anyone else would be willing.
