Pretty much every attempt at getting at some kind of skin-colour re the Egyptians is a waste of time. Not least because the entire skin-colour thing is a modern fixation – either way.

One interesting aspect of the Cushite 25th dynasty is that it was eventually defeated by the Assyrians. The Assyrian depictions of the Egyptian army it beat are interesting in their portrayal because it sports a look that is distinctly Nubian, as compared with Egyptian depiction of Nubians. I.e. it differs from the established from the inconography otherwise related to Egyptians.

It's pretty obvious that both Egytpians and Nubians had no trouble at all spotting and distinguishing each other. And that doesn't actually involve pigmentation either. The Assyrian depictions certainly aren't conclusive either way re modern questions about skin-colour. But they are indicative that the Nubian pharaohs, with their original Nubian power-base to the south of Egypt, and their Nubian army drawn from there, remained pretty distinct from the Egyptians to their north. The Assyrians noticed.

As for the the late pharaohs, by the Greek times the Egyptian pharanoic dynasties had all be Libyan for centuries, founded originally but the chiefs of "the Libu and Mashwash" who started moving into the western Delta of the Nile in increasing numbers in the Late period, and eventually had a power-base from which to take control of the whole of Egypt.
libyans never been kings in egypt the kings were locals ( blacks) libyans were the ennemies

Diodorus says this:
“They say, moreover, that most of the Egyptian customs are of Ethiopian origin, as the colonies preserve the traditions of the metropolis; that respect for kings, considered as gods, the funeral rite and many other uses, are Ethiopian institutions; finally, that the types of sculpture and the characters of writing are also borrowed from the Ethiopians. The Egyptians indeed have two kinds of particular scriptures, one, called vulgar, which is learned by everyone; the other, called sacred, known to priests alone, and which is taught to them from father to son, among the secret things. However, the Ethiopians make indifferent use of one and the other writing. "
he's corroborated by the fact that egyptians people and trust come from ouadj our, from Pount the land of their gods

I'm not sure but, you seem to equate Ethiopia with both Punt & Ouadj-wr.
The Egyptians knew how to reach Ethiopia by travelling south up the Nile beyond Aswan, Punt was accessed by sailing south on the Red Sea in the region of Somalia, two different geographic locations.
However, Ouadj-wr was in the north. Traditionally academic opinion has been satisfied in translating Ouadj-wr as the Mediterranean "sea" (The Great Green), yet Claude Vandersleyen in his exhaustive study (1999), collating over 300 examples, had demonstrated Ouadj-wr was actually the Nile Delta in flood season.
