Why is racialism wrong and immoral

When speaking of racism or racialism. I am speaking of the general idea that Japan should remain 99 percent Japan, or a British arguing in the 50s that Britain should remain 99 percent British, and that only whites should be considered British, or his American or Australian counterpant arguing in 1950 that America should remain 90 percent white. Or that an Australian arguing in 1950 should not allow immigration of any more non Europeans. Why are these ideas considered immoral?

This is a very loaded question...
It seems to me you are deliberately changing the definition of "racism" to come across as something different for a certain motive.

Racism is not just expressing that you want to maintain your country's racial demographic intact, it's much more than that.

Nope. Wanting Greece to stay Greek. Or Japan to be Japanese is not racist.

Claiming Japanese are naturally superior to all others is racist. Or that Chinese are naturally more criminal is racist.

If I don’t care what your skin color is how is that racist? All I care is that you adapt to your new home. If you want to be British, throw off whatever cultural baggage your brought with you and embrace it. If you want to be Greek, prove it and change your name to be Greek.
Japan lets anyone claim Japanese citizenship. But you have to pass the langauge test and change your name so that it can be written in Kanji. There are multiracial Japanese... but they all adopt Japanese identity.

Europe should be more assertive in intergrating migrants. Alien religions and cultures should not be allowed to claim they have equal stature with the host country.

Though I agree in states like Australia and the USA their is no dominant host culture so the “melting pot” must be accepted there... and migrants can embrace multiple identities there.

Ethnicity is not the same as culture; neither of which have ever stayed the same anywhere for any period of time. In the few cases where complete isolation has been achieved it has only resulted in stagnation followed by complete overhaul.

I guess the idea is that you'd like to build a society based on superficial, irrelevant factors, because those like you make you feel comfortable, and those unlike you don't.

Do you want to disallow a flood of people into your country that may de-stabilize your economy? Fair enough. Do you want to disallow people who will be a boon to your county because the colour of their skin? Then you're a racist.

So, is Israel racist for rejecting aspiring immigrants based solely on their DNA?

hmm, perhaps one might ask what is meant by 'staying Greek'? Does that mean that, as I walk the streets of Athens, I should see none other than white, traditionally Greek- Looking (whatever that means) people? Or does it mean that only Greek citizens should be allowed to participate in government and its benefits? Are we talking about telling people they cannot exist on this piece of the planet because they are not of a certain heritage? True segregation.
