Would it be okay to label Eleanor Of Aquitaine the mother of the Plantagenets?

I think both women are equal to Henry II, and both are the reason why Henry II was certainly a great and decent king.

In an age where women were definitely 2nd class citizens when compared to men, some rose above their 'betters'.

As an aside, must watch The Lion In Winter again soon.

This is the same Eleanor that betrayed Henry by supporting his sons in their rebellion against him, so it's a bit disingenuous to give her the credit for him being "great and decent".
