Is the word "yaghi" a different pronunciation of "baghi" which means the same (rebellious)?

Also with the tribal lands being integrated into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province do you think the culture in these parts will change gradually?
Yes, its corruption of the word Baghi. Perhaps it was first used by rulers of rulers of Kabul or Delhi who considered these tribes to be rebels.

Integration with KP will definitely have positive impact on their ways of life. Their areas will become less wild and less dangerous. And crimes will be reduced. Their areas were centers of certain crimes long before emergence of TTP. Let me tell you another thing, army presence in the area has reduced the crime rate to almost nil , and tribal agencies and nearby areas are now safe to travel. Robbers have almost disappeared.

That is great to know. This integration with KPK should have happened a long time ago but great that the people of this region will see an improvement in their lifestyle now.
