Colonel Packenham according to Lonnie Donegan – Battle of New Orleans. Note that in the clip the first, spoken, verse, is not included.
He was actually a Lieutenant General and his name was spelt Pakenham Battle of New Orleans

Yes, we are only allowed out for one hour per day. The Scottish Chief Medical Officer says that we need 13 weeks of unspecified 'measures' to get the virus under control. Lockdown will not last that long she informed us. I suppose it is the same with you?
To a certain extent a Canadian winter keeps one at home anyway. No limit on going out (you can walk your dog as much as you like), just no place to go. Only a few grocery/pharmacies open. I see more evidence of panic epidemic than I do of pandemic.

The Corries version of Braes of Killiecrankie, about the Battle of Killiecrankie in 1689. Bonnie Dundee isn't a war song, per se, but it's about Dundee, who was the general during Killiecrankie. He was killed in action, but it was a Jacobite victory nevertheless, albeit a Pyrrhic one.
